1. Purchasing Instructions

2. Logistic Policy

We handle product deliveries nationwide. Time and delivery costs depend on the order and the distance. When buying, you will be notified the time and cost of delivery in specifics.

3. Payment Policy

Customers make payment to us before taking over the products using one of the two methods of payment as follows:

Cash payment: If the total value of payment under VND 20,000,000, customers may select the form of payment in cash.

Note: After making a bank transfer, should customers contact and notice us about the payment. We will check the bank account and process the product delivery to the customer upon receipt of payment.

4. Product Return and Warranty

Product Return Policy: Within 03 days after the purchase, if there is manufacturing defects, we commit to change new products for customers. In addition, during the warranty period, we will replace new products for customers in the case of the manufacturing defects that cannot be fixed.

Product Warranty Policy: Applies to all products damaged due to the fault of the manufacturer. Duration of warranty: 12 -36 months depending on the product.

We will not hold legal responsibility towards any organizations or individuals if the defect is due to failure by the customer of user instructions provided in the technical manual which confirmed by Viet Garden’s professionals after the delivery. Besides, we are not responsible for damaged products caused by natural disasters and fires.

Damaged product must be sent to our Department of Product Warranty in intact condition without any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modifications.

Viet Garden will refuse a warranty if customers do not have the warranty card or the warranty card is torn, modified and the information is not completed.
